We moved to the city and couldn't find longganisa that tasted like home — so we started making our own.

Five easy steps to the perfect longganisa
Take it out of the freezer about 10 minutes before cooking.
Drop it in a pan with a cup of water. Cover and let it simmer on medium heat.
Once the water's gone, prick with a fork to let the natural oils flow out.
Let it fry in its own oil until golden brown on all sides.

Orders are accepted daily from 6 AM to 3 PM (Philippine Time). We prepare batches weekly and deliver starting Sunday. If the current batch is sold out, you can place a backorder — we'll email you as soon as stock is available so you can complete your payment.
Yes! We deliver it frozen to lock in freshness. It keeps beautifully in your freezer for up to 3 months — so feel free to stock up.
You book your own courier (Lalamove, GrabExpress, or any service you prefer) for pickup from our locations in Antipolo or Muntinlupa. We'll provide the exact address and contact details at checkout.
