All orders are subject to availability. We accept orders daily from 6 AM to 3 PM (Philippine Time) and process them in weekly batches. If stock is unavailable, verified customers can place a backorder and will be notified when stock arrives.
Prices are in Philippine Pesos and are subject to change without notice. Courier fees are booked separately by the customer via their preferred delivery service.
We accept GCash and credit/debit cards via PayMongo.
Customers book their own courier (Lalamove, GrabExpress, or any service they prefer) for pickup from our designated locations in Antipolo or Muntinlupa. Pickup address and contact details are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. Courier fees are booked and paid separately by the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery provider.
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins (before Saturday). Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer accepted. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Our longganisa is delivered frozen. Please store in the freezer upon receipt. We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
